A MATTER OF TIME CONCIERGE SERVICE Your time is our business
How are services paid? All services are paid in advance by check, cash, credit/debit card or
money order made payable to A Matter Of Time Concierge Service. Services paid
via check will have to clear the bank before services are rendered, or be
secured by a major credit card. Will my money be refunded if I
don’t use all my time? Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded. However the hours
may be rolled over on some membership plans. Can I cancel a scheduled
service? We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. Failure to do so
may result in a fee assessment. How will I now how much time I
have left? At the end of the month an invoice will be sent that outlines how many
hours were used, which tasks they were used for, and any balance or deficit.
Plus you can always call our office Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for
that information. How is my time charged for each
task? Unless discussed prior to service, there is a one-hour minimum, and
then billed in 15- minute intervals there after. More than one task can be
combined in an hour. Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left,
until the requested task is completed. This is important if you are
scheduling a task that requires specific wait time. For example if you need
someone to wait for a repairman from 8:00 to 9:00, you will actually need to
purchase (on ala-carte billing), one hour for the task, but also the time it
takes us to get there from the office. Do you offer services on
weekends and holidays? A Matter Of Time Concierge Service offers service for every need,
during normal working hours, after hours, weekend or holiday. Rates for after
hours, holidays and weekends may be assed a special scheduling fee of $25.00
depending on circumstances. Can you take my pet to the
groomer? We offer many pet services, including transportation to the goomer of
vet. The client is required to provide a suitable pet carrier for
transportation and the pet must have had Kansas Rabies vaccinations. Do I have to purchase a
membership? While purchasing memberships will same money, its not required. A
Matter Of Time Concierge Service also offers Ala-Carte billing. Cost of
Ala-Carte billing is $35.00 an hour and can be used for any service.
Reminders can also be purchased for $1.00 per reminder. Will my personal information be
seen by others? All personal and credit card information collected by A Matter Of Time
Concierge Service will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge
services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time will the
collected information be disclosed to a third party except for the of
completing the client’s financial obligation to A Matter Of Time Concierge
Service.
